After much toing and froing, Bryan finally found a company (Round the World Experts) who not only could help with the flights, but also provide a Travel Butler to assist us when travelling and enabling us to change our flights without the need to call the airline, just a simple email to our travel butler means that they will sort it out for us. This means it is going to be much easier and cheaper to make changes to our flight when ever we need to. Also the representative from Round the World Experts, Peter Flockhart, has been just fantastic, not only has he been helping out on the flights but also with his knowledge of Australia and the Far East has provided us will invaluable advice for our trip.
