House ready to rent

New house bought and ready to rent out, we spent a few nights in the house to make sure everything was okay. And everything was perfect, just had a smell of gas in the porch, but a quick call to British Gas, and reporting a gas smell, the engineer was around within the hour, he changed the gas meter. Now no smell of gas. The house was left in a lovely and clean state, so nothing to do except buy the white goods and get them installed, which was done on the Friday too. Keys handed over to the Letting Agent (Dewhurst & Co), and job done, let hope they get someone nice to move in.
